Any Idea on the trail conditions this year?

My favorite trail within 3 hrs from my house. My young boys and I practice our backpacking skills on this trail until they are ready for more challenging hikes and can carry their own gear. They each started backpacking on this trail with me and my brother when they turned about 4 and a half. Very challenging to them at that age as well as my brother and I because we had to carry the extra gear and water for them.
