In the end i was able to complete it with about 1h30 with quick stops at peninha sanctuary, somewhere along the dense green area and the little lake. I kept a good pace though, but not running.

Easy
Very nice views. The sanctuary is the peak and after that is basically downhill and much less tiring. The dense green area is amazing but I believe one muct be careful with mountain bikers. The little lake is really nice and after that some more 15 to 20 min you can reach the trail start again. Very nice one, not so hard.
