In the eastern part of the Bovakar Mountains in Tavush Province, there are two summits which bear the name Ayrikar – Eastern Ayrikar (2,767 m) and Western Ayrikar (2,781m). Located between Eastern Ayrikar and Mount Andzavabatsat, there is a cliff which is visible from the city of Dilijan which the locals also refer to as Ayrikar. Despite the fact that this cliff is not the true geographical summit of either Ayrikar, its impressively-formed jagged peak has gained the cliff many admirers.
