Itinerary description
Robie point area: A third section of the mountain quarry railroad. This section if anything is even less maintained than part 2. Downed trees and small avalanches are difficult to get around. I did not see any passage between part 2 and part 3 in that one deep canyon, although I have heard a rumor of one.
Not a very interesting trail, unless you are trying to trace the historic remnants of the train. This is not a stand alone trail. I have mostly added this section for those interested in the historical remnants. The trailhead is not on this mapping. This section can be reached by the Robie Point Tamaroo bar trail:
