Itinerary description
In Pointed Rocks ranch (also called Knickerbocker Ranch or Olmstead trail area.) A little past 5.5 milestone sign on the Wendell T. Robie trail is a shortcut that will shave .6 miles off of the WTR trail to the Hwy 49 crossing above the quarry.
This is not a stand alone trail, but is a branch off of Wendell Robie Trail. The trailhead for this trail is at the confluence, not at the location cited here as the beginning of the trail. For trailhead information see
