Itinerary description

This is the Asinou - Agios Theodoros nature trail. It's a nice walk through the forest from Asinou church to Agios Theodoros village. It goes over a hill of Selladi Zevxis and has very nice views towards Nicosia. Points of interest include tar kilns and a very old tree. During the downhill walk to Agios theodoros the GPS went crazy and did not record properly, it fixed itself when I started to walk back.

Most of the route is a mixture of dirt roads and footpaths with paved roads at begining and end. Middle section of trail has good amounts of shade, beginning/end less.

The trail is very well signposted and is easy to follow. Maps are available at both ends. There also are signs for plant species as well as benches.
