Itinerary description
In Arzachena there is an archeologic area with multiple monuments from Bronze Age around. We choose one area with two monuments that we could manage walking. At the ticket office we got a map with the monuments, from which we had two accessible by walking - Tomba dei Giganti and Nuraghe di Prisgiona (6 and 7 on the map). They were a 1km far from each other accessible either by the asphalt road or by a really nice hiking trail.
We we missed a bus to Capichera so we found a trail from Arzachena going partially along the old railway that lead to the old station Caldosa and then to the archeologic area. Along this part there was almost no shade, so if we could go again, it could be better to go this trail on the way back later in the afternoon. (check the bus availability from Arzachena to SP14 San Luca if you want to get there by bus and then go back by walking).
The monument sites were closing around 5:30pm. The bus going back from the S. Luca to Arzachena goes at 7pm so we've got an hour there.
Archeologic area tickets: You pay depending on how many monuments you want to visit (for 2 monuments we paid 7€ per person). If you want to get to other sites later, you can, the ticket is valid for a week. Photo of the map is included here.
