Itinerary description
Very beautiful and exciting hike to Artemisio. The path is well defined early on but gets lost often, also the red marks are not always consistent so be ready to search bit. We approached the piek from the right side which involved a bit of scrambling (with a couple of exposed spots) and got down from the under side using a very steep path.
We started from a spot above Karia. I would recommend starting from the nearby church of Panagia, where there is also a spring with fresh water and interesting ruin of a tower.
