Itinerary description
Arslanbob - I did this trail in two days with a CBT guide. The first part is a lovely walk in the walnut forest, while the second is more open. Trees: walnuts, including some centuries-old ones. Wild apples, maples, incredible birches.

Walnut
Large, old walnut tree. A fine specimen of the forest that we're going to explore. Look out for many more incredibly tall, majestic walnuts on either side of the path.

Fenced path
Fenced paths run through the forest. This should discourage cows from grazing in the forest. But the cows appear undaunted.

A group of large, old and gnarled birches shadow a small torrent. Idyllic. (No clue about the Betula species).
