Arroyo del Casarin
This walk starts from the Monda Car park. It takes you to the old roman road
where you have to cross Rio Seco. There is some walk trickling through but you usually find
stepping stones to get across.
Go straight ahead passing olive groves and fincas.
As you veer towards your left you start to go uphill.
The walk isn't that hard and there are some lovely views of Monda, and even the bay of Malaga.
heading back down through the arroyo del Casarin you will meet up with the river - Rio Seco. This section is pleasant with lots of wildlife.
As always in Monda I like to finish with a cold beer and tapas at the Carboneros bar.

A nice circular walk from Monda. It is through farm land so don’t expect amazing views but still pleasant. Wide tracks and roads so good for large groups. Due to a couple of steep patches it is probably moderate but easy if you do it anti clockwise.
