Itinerary description
This trail takes you around Evrétou Reservoir via a diversion to Skarfos Bridge.
The bridge is a worthwhile addition to the route. It’s a Venetian-style structure and, while no longer in use, it’s still possible to cross it on foot.
The route is on a mixture of dirt trails, gravel roads, tarmac, and across fields. It’s quite undulating but there aren’t too many overly steep climbs.
While it DOES circumnavigate the reservoir, a lot of the trail is quite a long way from the water.
All in all, this is a pretty easy but enjoyable walk with some great views of the Cypriot countryside.
