Itinerary description
This loop leads up Soldiers Pass and back the nicest part of the Brins Mesa trail.
At the parking take a trail leading right (northwesterly), don't take the jeep trail.
After 0.2 Mile go left at the crossing, take a look at the large sink hole.
Follow the trail northwesterly, past 7 Sacred Pools (not that large) and follow the trail along a jeep trail, that eventually ends at a fence [3].
Follow the trail until reaching Brins Mesa trails crossing (after 1.7 mile from the first crossing) and go right (southeasterly).
Going level over the mesa and than downhill with beautiful views, this is the best part of the trail.
Eventually reaching a dirt road (after 2.1 Mile) and a parking lot.
Follow the dirt road until the Cibola pass crossing going right (west).
After 0.7 Mile another crossing with Jordan (don't go on Jordan to the left), go right (west). A personal favorite.
