Itinerary description

Nice views and ruins.
Take Dry Creek road from Sedona. Dry Creek road turns right (FR 152) and becomes an unpaved road (Direction Brins Mesa / Vultee Arch).
Suitable for high clearance cars, but the occasional regular car makes it to the trail head.
At the Brins Mesa Trail head, follow the Brins Mesa Trail and turn right after about 50 Yards. The path may be blocked by wood etc at this Crossing.
This is an unofficial trail but well hiked.
At point "C Arroya" the trail goes left and uphill.
At point "D" the trail goes along a rock face (go left along the rock face and shortly thereafter to the right) and steeply uphill , and this is a more difficult part to come down on.
At point "E" the climb ends.
After some time you go along the ledge and stay more or less along the ledge.
Just before the end (apex/head of the canyon) when the trail goes more to the west is the ruin, point "K". Look for it below on the canyon floor close to the canyon wall.
The trail goes on along the other side of the canyon along the edge.
The trail probably goes further than the point "Stop".

Bring along a hiking stick, for the slippery return path.

Hiking Time: 1 Hour 45 Minutes.
Because the hike goes close to the ledge, it is less suitable for kids.
Dangerous after rain or snow.
