Itinerary description

A scenic canyon hike.

Start at the Dry Creek or Secret canyon trailhead on the Vultee Arch road.
A high clearance car is highly recommended on this rough road.
There was even an small water crossing in April 2010.

Follow the Dry Creek Trail (forest/canyon), at crossing 1 take the Bear sign Trail (forest/canyon).
At crossing 2 take the David Miller Trail, a short but steep climb out of the canyon. This is the most scenic part of the hike.

On the other side the trail goes down and at crossing 3, meets the Secret Canyon trail.

An easy trail back to the parking of the Secret canyon trailhead

Now head along the road to the parking / Dry creek trailhead.
We didn't encounter any cars on the Vultee Arch road, but you may see them from time to time.
