Itinerary description
This is a nice, easy trail that leads up to Cerro Cristal on the southern shores of the Lago Argentino in Patagonia. Just follow the sign, approx. half way between the two camp sites, and climb up. Higher up it gets a little bit windy, the view from the top is marvellous. You can see Perito Moreno and Torres del Paine. If you plan to spend a day or two on the camp site this is a very nice and pleasant walk.
The sign says that you will need 4 hours to get up to the top. I did it in 1,5 hours... 2-3 hours is probably a realistic time to make it to the top.
