Itinerary description
A simple, flat trail (14 kms) running along beside the river "Vez" provided some beautiful views of the water flowing by.
There is a cafe / restaurant at the start point near Pogido which should be open in the summer months, and we started there in order to have the best view of the river.
A chance to cool down after 6 kms in the river by the "Ponte Medieval de Vilela" plus Café in the summer.
A good picnic stop was at our turn around point near "Azenha e Poldra de Chá".
