Itinerary description
Day 5/7 of slackpacking Georgia on the AT. Trip organized by Above the Clouds Hostel in Suches (highly recommended).
Got dropped off at Hogpen Gap and picked up at Unicoi Gap.
This section is a little long, but not very demanding. The trail is pretty even and easy going the first 3/4 or so. The last part is quite rocky and ends with a steep descent down to Unicoi Gap.
