Itinerary description
Hike to a small hill overlooking Ape Lake.
Part of the gpx route is heading down to a small lake between Ape and Jacobson glaciers. It looked like it would take a while, so we retreated to the hilltop. The lower, conventional route to the small lake and onto Jacobson glacier would be a better choice even with some bush whacking.
