Itinerary description
The hike starts from the mountaineering refuge of Ano Milia. For the first 5km, we follow the mountain road. This part is easy for any hikers. There is a slight increase in altitude.
In all the way there are clear red marks that indicate the path. You will also find signs showing you direction to location summit Xteni.
Once you get off the road and start getting under the trees you keep following again the clearly places red marks on the trees.
At the top, the view is magnificent, especially on a clear winter day. On the south, you can clearly see the north part of mountain Olympus. On the east, you can see also the mountain Athos in Chalkidiki, Cholomontas. On the north all the mountain line to the borders of Greece.

The best time of the year to be up there. The clear sky makes the view simply magnificent.
