Itinerary description

Stage of some rise and many descents. Counting on visiting Poon Hill, the day stays at 11km. At Poon Hill there is something less than 1.5km (40-50 minutes) to go and then repeat the return.
From Ghorepani we again climbed approximately one and a half kilometers. After arriving at a viewpoint at the top of the hill, there are a few climbs and many descents. Going down, we passed through the town of Deurali. From there comes the longest stretch of descent close to the river. They are 3 km more until the next town, Pada Thanti.
Then, more light ups and downs and when there is only 1 km left and we are confident, we have a huge climb to reach Tadapani.
