Itinerary description
The trail itself is nice. There is a small river, but you should be aware of that river if you go hiking on this trail in winter or especially in spring, because the river's waters expand and since the trail is clay, you will get stuck in it and wouldn't be really happy with that.
The blue trail is quite hard especially if you are going from the start of it. Si if you are going to hike this (blue) trail with small kids, it will be really hard for them going up because the assent is very steep.
If you are going on the red trail then, you will be going through a village where you will be coming over pomegranates and olives (which I prefer you no to eat because the olives are very bitter).

Good trail. A lot of citrus family trees, various nuts, some sage and rosemary plants. First 30% are on rural side while the rest is over asphalted country-side road with extremely low traffic. Prepare wood sticks for the first part of the hike as there are a bit flooded areas (mid-Oct). Two waterfalls: one is cute at the beginning and full-size at the far end of all routes.
Wonderful way! Highly recommend, especially in rainy weather 🤩
