Itinerary description
Circular walk taking in all of the landscapes in the region: wide waters (along Nederrijn), a tall chimney , a remant of the former stone industry, woods, hilly slopes with viewing points, pastures, small lakes and ponds, majestic tree-lined avenues, a mill, moorland, the village of Amerongen and its superb castle etc.
A wonderful walk well worth taking.

We hebben de route niet helemaal kunnen lopen vanwege het slechte weer (onweer). Derhalve de route ingekort en alleen via de Amerongse Berg gelopen. Een prachtige route door een mooi bos met hier en daar prachtige vergezichten. We zijn zeker van plan om de route nogmaals te lopen inclusief het gedeelte langs de Nederlek.

Leuke, mooie en zeer goed rondje.
Alleen is de route over de dijk voorbij de Steenfabriek niet meer toegankelijk. Bij het huis op 3,6km zijn ze aan het verbouwen.
Dit stukje dus via N225 gelopen.
Hele mooie wandeling. Afwisseling bos en rivier. GPS route foutloos
