We completed this walk in 6hrs. We done it anticlockwise and there are NO marking to follow. You have to download this file as there are times that the correct decision needed to be made.
We stopped at Mont Bessou to climb the platform and take in the wonderful views.
This is a wonderful walk with loads of variety, forestry trails, woods, road. It is mainly flatish and there are 2 or 3 steep parts but overall it was an easy walk.
I wore walking sandals without issue and my wife wore walking runners
The cafe was open at Mont Bessou, other that that you will not pass through any villages so you need to bring food and drink which we always do anyway.
