Itinerary description
Alum cove is an Ozark NF rec area with a small picnic area and a scenic 1.1 mile stroll among some scenic rock formations. A short walk from the picnic area takes you to the Natural Bridge where you can look down into the cave below. There is often a waterfall near one end of the bridge. Following the loop across to the other side of the valey lets you see several undercut bluffs and small caves before returning you to views of the Natural Bridge from below.
