Itinerary description
Nice hike of 5 hours aprox, some physical fitness is needed especially for the last steep ascend to the top.
The start is near Universidad de los Andes in San Carlos de Apoquindo.
From there the trail leads smoothly to the ridge of Morro de las Papas, which view point you reach by turning right on the ridge. Turning left you follow the ridge which gets higher and steeper, last few hundred meters with some big stones and rocks.
Beautiful views over the city when the air is clear (especially after rain falls).
