We left from the judicial area of Islamabad in parallel to Embassy Road. This street is much quieter and without traffic as you pass the secure area of the Marriot hotel and the security cordon of the Court of Justice and the parliament.
We follow the street without loss until arriving at the police control next to the entrance to the National Park.
To our left is the entrance to Trail 3, to our right we go to the entrance of Trail 5 and cross the parking lot, discarding the main entrance of the route.
We passed a new police control and followed a path of animals parallel to the road to find a small road on our left that we took.
From here a trail leads to a path that goes down to the river where we link (it is marked with a sign) with Trail 5.
When we arrive at the next crossing of the river we take a left ascending a lot of difference in a few linear meters.
This section, in full Ramadhan and at 46 degrees becomes hard, although short.
Once up, we descend looking for the Ficus waterfall and from here we descend again by the Trail 5 until we exit through the main entrance.
From here we undo what we walked until the beginning of the route.
The route is hard because of the heat and thirst.
