Itinerary description
A 4.5 hour walk from Alpthal, through wild berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries), to the crest between the Alpthal valley and that of Rothenthurm/Sattel; along the crest to Haggenegg, with wonderous views of the Vierwaldstattersee region; on to Mostelberg, on the longest free hanging bridge in Switzerland. Park at Biberbrugg, train/bus to Alpthal, cablecar from Mostelberg to Sattel, and bus back to Biberbrugg.
