Itinerary description
El 3 de febrero el Grupo de Kath fue a Alhama de Granada para pasar un día de senderismo. Partimos del la Carretera, llegando muy pronto al bosque y de ahí entramos en el cañon o desfiladero. Anduvimos durante 3 horas por la orilla del río hasta llegar al pueblo. Esta ruta es fácil, con pocas dificultades, y con unas vistas espectaculares. Se podía ver y apreciar los destrozos causados por las recientes inundaciones. El camino está en mal estado por los despojos resultantes de las inundaciones, y hay todo tipo de basura repartida por las orillas del río y los lados de la ruta. El Ayuntamiento tiene mucho trabajo delante para devolverlo a un estado aceptable. Toma nota: debes empezar en "bosque" y no en "carretera", este último waypoint es un error.
Kath´s group went to Alhama de Granada on 3 February for a days hiling. We started from the road, walking along the riverside, through the george, and finally arriving in Alhama de Granada. It is an easy and beautiful walk, with some spectacular views. The damage caused by the recent flooding is evident, and the route is strewn with rubbish along the river banks and on the side of the path. The Local Government will need to put an effort into cleaning this up and returning the route to its original condition. START THIS ROUTE AT "BOSQUE", the other is an error.
