Itinerary description
Ruta cogida de Carlos Todoterreno, salida desde Castañón de Mena, en busca del carril que sube a la Ermita Verdiales, se desvía a la derecha pasado la Casa de la Tormenta, he marcado tres subidas de las que hay, yo he cogido la tercera que es más llevadera, luego se baja por la Cresta del Comandante que es más técnica, bajamos en busca del Arco y luego en busca de la fuente Cabello para repostar.

Nice track. Scenery is wonderful if you look through the power line which along most of this track.
I have take the time to read the interest point, I had to run sometimes to be back before night.
Be careful with dogs abeam the isolated house, I don’t know if they are dangerous but they were free and doesn’t look friendly. There is a way to by pass the house and avoiding walking nearby.
