This route is part of a group that combines hiking in the country with a 18-day trip and cruise through the Fjords of Alaska and also on hikes at one of the points that visit the cruise.
After the Denali Park we move to PENÍNSUKA DE KENAI where we will spend the next three days. The first walk is a visit to the Glaciers of Raven and Milk.
First we have to go to the village of Girdwood and by a dirt track we will move to the point where we will begin to walk. It is a path called the Crow Pass Trail and that through this neck it would take us to Eagle River that is part of the municipality of Anchorage. The first milestone of the route is the visit to the ruins of a gold mine that we will find traces throughout the journey.
After the visit, at the first crossroads, we chose to ascend straight to the neck and leave for the descent the path that allowed to ascend with charge to the mine and that goes back. Once in the neck we cross it to go to contemplate the view on the glacier that is magnificent and that while contemplating it we take advantage to make a bite.
At the dam we go a bit further up looking for high perspectives of the views and as we have already said, then we go down the longest and flatest road and when we retumar the ascent we will no longer leave it until we reach the point where we parked the car .
