Itinerary description

Newly opened trail close to Raafisah dam, khorfakkan.

Parking: 25.349015,56.314911 , or just type " Al Raafisah dam Walk" in Google maps.

This trail is best for beginners to test your fitness level.

Straight forward trail with clear marking points till the end.

Seating arrangements are provided at regular interval for taking rest. Suggest to start early morning or good for sunset aswell.

End of the trail will connect to a restaurant place called Al suhub rest area, from there you get a fantastic view of city and sea.

Hike can be completed between 3 to 3.5 hours, depends on your speed.

Hike should be considered moderate level if you doing between "March to October"

Hiking shoes are must. Hiking poles recommended.

Must carry plenty of water. (Suggest 500ml per km of trail)
