Itinerary description
Loop walk with picturesque scenery in foothills of mountains, walking through quiet, sleepy villages. Features include the ruined village of Vikla, the restored church of St John at Vikla, the Venetian Bridge at Akapnou, shrines to Agia Paraskevi and Agios Andreas.

We walked this trail in October so it was very dry after summer. Trail has no signs or arrows to follow while walking so was using only description and pictures from what was posted here. Venetian bridge and small shrine with many plants around was very cute, Viklas abandoned village was interesting too.
