Intermediate Moderate: Tempisque trailhead > Up Tempisque Main Trail > Jim Boles Trail > Doug's Trail > Up Doug's Trail and around to Ceremonial Grounds > La Bola Trail > Upper Sliding Rock/Deep Canyon Trail > Bee Pond > Down Sliding Rock/Deep Canyon Trail > Race Trail > Saddle > Down Lynne's Trail > Waterfall trail head
1400' elevation gain, 3.5 hours, 4.0 difficulty.
