Itinerary description

We started in the Karoplesi village early in the morning, before the sunrise. Up to the peak of Papadimitri, the trail was very clear and well marked with various options for other trails in the area. Then we took the ringe towards the Pouli peak without any clear path or marks. This was a really stunning part of the hike with a very steep ascend to the top of Pouli peak. Then we descended using a very steep side of the mountain with a narrow passage at two points until we arrived to the dirt road. We took the road down towards the village of Saika using a couple of shortcuts. Even though the weather was cloudy all day, it was a very beautiful hike.
Unfortunately the GPS was loosing signal all the time, the length was around 14 km and elevation different around 1300 m in total. For accurate train, please check the profile fo George Dimitriadis.
