Agia Sofia road, Moni Sotiros and upstream along the river bed - to possibly a dry waterfall?
We started from the Agia Sofia Road as we weren’t sure how far we could go up the gorge beyond Moni Sotiros.
In fact, it only took about an hour to reach the point where we couldn’t proceed without climbing up above. The cave, so it would be fine to do the whole walk from the mouth in Kardamyli and back - probably 4 / 5 hours both ways.
