    Chouette circuit, mais pas à la portée de tous.
    La montée à travers les gorges contient quelques passages qui peuvent être difficiles pour certaines personnes.

    Si, lors de l’arrivée à Afetes, un chien blanc et noir vous accueille, n’ayez pas peur et faites lui comprendre que vous ne faites que passer 😉

    Dit is eigenlijk een wandeling waar je mee kan beginnen. Hij is niet zwaar en niet lang. Wij hebben er anderhalf uur over gelopen. Om te wennen aan het klimmen en de warmte is dit prima. Het uitzicht hier en daar is moooi, maar waar is dat niet in Pilion.

    september 2023, er is iets veranderd want het was een lastige klim door de rivierbedding, en we zijn heel wat gewend de jaren door in Griekenland! Grote keien versperren de doorgang, w.s. door zware regenval. Het is klauteren omhoog ipv wandelen. Twee dagen nadat wij deze route aflegden kwam storm Daniel, dus w.s. is het nu helemáál niet meer te "lopen"
    Eenmaal in Afetes aangekomen was het heerlijk op het pleintje met een frappé😊
    En de terugweg maakte alles goed: Práchtig 💙🇬🇷

    Nov 9, 2023: The riverbed section of this walk is quite challenging, at times dangerous.
    im a rock climber/boulderer and was able to do it, but certainly the Mega-Storm Flood combo that region just went through destroyed and changed the riverbed: the wooden bridge with steps is gone, massive trees have fallen in the riverbed forcing you to climb sideways around them.

    If you're into climbing go with a friend and have fun, but its not a 'walk'
