Itinerary description
One of my all time favourite hikes, so I went back and it is still exceptional!
The official advice is to start at low tide, this is nonsense, as it will then be high tide when you return. So either ignore the tides or start at mid-tide, then it will also be mid-tide when you return. I like to do the hike in river sandals.
