First stage of the Road to Jerusalem
Initially the stage was planned between Acre and I'blin, but the coronavirus alarm has caused us to cancel the hotel reservation, so we have had to continue to the next hotel, a camp in the countryside 12 km from I 'blin.
The exit of Acre is done by the sidewalk next to the road with the possibility of bars and shops.
Starting at km 7 and until I am in I'blin, the stage runs through flat farmland that is very comfortable to walk although the recent rains had left important puddles.
I'blin is a small town with no other interest than to have a drink before continuing.
From here the road has ups and downs that after so many kilometers they excessively punish the legs and the sore feet.
Passing through some of the Sefardam towns, Harduf, ... we have verified the curiosity of the children who looked at us waiting for the traditional greeting Shalom to immediately ask ourselves where we were from and when saying about Spain, start shouting Real Madrid, Barça, Messi ... at least for something we are known internationally.
After more than 30 km. We have arrived at our accommodation Galilee Bedouin Camplodge, an exotic place run by Isaac, a peculiar type, where he raises animals and harvests his own products. In short, an "alternative" site.
The summary of the day is a filming stage, too long to be the beginning.
