Itinerary description

This route follows the No. 7 trail of the Prespa Nationalpark hiking map, though only up to Pllaja e Pusit ridge, then we returned the same way. If you want to go all the way to Alarup follow the trail gorice-Alarup by noldi shaho.
The trail starts at the Infoboard of Prespa national park along the national road just before the boarder with N- Macedonia. The entry is a bit difficult to find. Keep to the left and follow the small feeder road, which is boardered by trees and stones. Once you have found this, you can hardly get lost. There is demarcation along the trail, and you can follow this feeder road.
If you do not want to do a full day tour, you can also go only up until waypoint 3 . This is easy and only 1.5 hours (one way) and you have a stunning view.
Going up the entire trail is worth it. On the ridge you can see all three countries and Mikro and Makroprespa lakes.
