Itinerary description
Steep, constant climb on clearly marked route over ground that is very wet in parts. Caherconree (“Cú Roí’s stone fort"), at 835 metres, is the second-highest peak in the Slieve Mish Mountains on the Dingle Peninsula, Kerry. It is the site of a striking ancient stone promontory fort, with great views over both sides of the peninsula.
