Note géographique et géologique
Le village est situé dans le Livradais entre le Dropt et le Lot.
Note historique
Le moulin à vent du village est construit en 1620 sur une motte médiévale. Démoli en 1852, il est reconstruit en 1895. Le poète suisse, et ancien résistant, Armel Guerne le restaure à partir de 1960.

The windmill of the village was built in 1620 on a medieval motte. Demolished in 1852, it was rebuilt in 1895. The Swiss poet and former resistant, Armel Guerne restores it from 1960.
