Itinerary description
Very nice walking route trough the forrests
We started at the Church of St. Mary in Beram. It is one of the hidden treasures of Istria so make sure you visit it! The inside is covered with world famous Fresco's. You may call Sonja to open up the church and have a look inside. She will gladly guide you in.
The route itself is mostly over forrest single trails with a lot of climbing and descending. It's passing a multitude of natural wonders and the beautifull villages Pazin and Beram.
Even during the dry season when the basin is empty and the waterfall isn't falling, the view in the basin is still stunning.
Altough it was quite hot, we enjoyed this walk!
