There is an easier way by CARRYING ON FOLLOWING THE RIVER and not going up into the forest where flags 1 and 2 are. This brings you to the bottom of the big pools. If you follow the path marked by Pascallc you do not see the big pools from the bottom, this would be a shame as it is a glorious view. Once you have gone to pools 3 and 4 you cannot go on any further so you TURN BACK on yourself and retrace your steps for 10 minutes until you come to a path on your right taking you UP. You will then join the 2nd path taking you perpendicular to the river bed and join Pascallc's 3rd flag. The rest of his trail is good. There are excellent guides who know the paths well, you can find them at the bus terminus: Govin Tel: 7926101 and Jerome: 4298799, I wouldn't go without one, you can easily get lost and there are dangerous wild bees down there.
