Itinerary description

This day is the longest trek, we start getting up very early, before dawn, we go up to Kalapathar with a very intense cold, although the sky is completely blue.
We went up very slowly, the height is noticeable, I was lucky I was not affected much by height, my head did not hurt and I slept quite well, I expected it to be worse.
It took us about 3 hours to get up.
From the summit we have a wonderful view of the Everest Lothe and Pumori and the Khumbu glacier.
Then we went down to sleep at Thukla, it cost us about 6h00.
