We leave Kyanjin Gompa (3,830 m) undoing the path we took to get there.
The whole day will be downhill (relatively gentle).
At the height of Langtang village we observe the "monal" the national bird of Nepal, very difficult to see, with spectacular colors.
We go through the landslides and landslides that devastated the valley in 2015.
In Goratabela (3,030 m) we stop to rest and have lunch.
From here the valley narrows again and we enter the forest, where the rhododendrons are more in bloom because spring has already advanced).
We take the old path, which does not cross the river (the one that goes along the right bank of the valley) and which is only allowed to circulate during the Monsoon season due to the danger of landslides - in fact you have to cross a large force-).
After more than 5 hours of walking we arrive at the village of Lama Hotel (2,480 m)
