Tour of the Appalaches Trail (Appalachian Trail), as it passes through the central area of the state of Virginia, from south to north, from Bearvalow Gab, to the parking lot on the Blue Ridge Parkway, known as Sunset Field
This long stage corresponds to the layout of sections 25 and 24 of the Appalachian Trail, according to the official distribution of stages of this trail in the state of Virginia, and develops entirely inside the immense George Washington - Jefferson National Forest , crossing, among others, the Cove Mountain, Little Cove Mountain, Fork Mountain, Bryant Ridge and Floyd Mountain.

No era mi primera experiencia en el Appalachian Trail, había hecho anteriormente otras etapas, pero esta resultó un poco como mi ¨bautismo oficial¨ como montañero. Fue una etapa larga y bastante difícil, por las importantes subidas y bajadas, pero paso a paso y con la muy agradable compañía de Pablo, con quien ya me une una gran amistad, se nos hizo la jornada muy corta y placentera.
