Itinerary description
For the first 1:30 hour, the track goes up to the skyline. Then it goes along the skyline with a view on Azrou valley and you can see few cedars. It continues on the "touristic cedar roads" and then goes down on a path.
As it is called "cedar forests", I was expected only cedars. But actually there are a lot of pines and just few cedars...
It took us 6 hours with picnic and pictures breaks included. We really took our time.

Bonnes indications. Quelques passages sans chemin mais dans l’ensemble facile à suivre. Un peu avant la fin il est possible de visiter le monastère de Tioumliline où le film « Des hommes et des dieux » a été tourné. Sur la fin un chemin est bloqué par une barrière et il faut contourner la propriété par la gauche.

Have just done it, amazing place, much more picturesque that I have expected from these photos.
There are misleading signs in the beginning of the track, just follow the route from here.
For two of 32 and 23 years old it took approximately 8 hours.
Haven't seen any monkeys, I had expected that they will in the whole area but they are not :)

Ballade variée
Compte tenu de la diversité, des paysages, de la flore et de la faune je ne peux que recommander cette balade qui s’effectue Effectivement en un peu plus de six heures même en ayant 65 ans. Par contre il est utile de signaler que sur la première moitié, on fait quasiment tout en dehors de chemins bien tracés et qu’il y a deux bons raidillons sur la montée. La trace GPX du parcours est absolument obligatoire sinon on est sûr de se perdre.
