Itinerary description
3 peaks v2.0
it's a fabulous journey, which i wouldn't recommend more.
i call it 2.0 version of traditional 3 hills because there are lots of advantages to 1.0.
first of all, it's clockwise, rather than counter clockwise, so it effectively avoids downwards steps and can protect knees more.
secondly, most of the track consists of natural trails, which makes the journey comfortable and pleasing.
thirdly, the warm-up walk before the hiking makes the first elevation much easier.
it can be taken as usual training for half and full marathon, so highly recommend it. it's just so wonderful.

bei'anhe subway station - dajue temple - miaofeng mountain - north ancient path - big drought - balcony hilltop - cool water pump - 5-7 reservoir - bai'anhe subway station
