Route that first runs through a forest to reach the "dead tree zone" where, due to height and weather conditions, there are no trees. The views in this area are spectacular, you can see the Rocky Mountains and the lakes very well.
The ascent is quite extended, without complications. You just have to be careful not to do the route when there is a possibility of a storm. In the upper area, where you walk a large part of the route, there are no trees and you are exposed to lightning.
