POINT:
Thini

ARRIVAL POINT:
Khanti, before Larjung.

ITINERARY:
Only one way, from Thini we crossed the river, but not before having to go back, because the other bridge did not appear, and by the road we reached Marpha. Then I cross the river to go along the right side of the river and avoid the road, passing through Chairo. Then I return to the left side to pass through Tukuche and continue along the road, although avoiding some sections going along the river, until I reach Khanti.

DIFFICULTIES:
From Thini to Jomsom we took a shortcut in bad terrain and then on stretches from Marpha to Khanti I tried to avoid the road, but we had to cross the river or its branches several times.

WHY DO IT:
Apart from the views of the Nilgiris, Marpha is a very beautiful and well-kept town, it also has some lodges that seem a little better. It is worth trying everything related to the apple here: apple pie, apple crumble, apple juice, dried apple.

SERVICES:
In Thini there is at least one hotel, then in Marpha there are many, Tukuche has some and Khanti, Khobang and Larjung also have several.

ALTERNATIVES:
Do not go through Tukuche and prolong the road, without a road, on the other side of the river. Also visit Chimang.
